General terms and conditions for entering an Escape room

Current terms and conditions which are described in this document govern the conduct of participating in an “Escape room” (referred below as “The game”). The game is governed and organized by ARTMANIA LTD., VAT 175043073, with registered office of govern in Sofia, Levski V, ap.building 16, represented by SVetoslava Aleksandrova (referred as “organiser” in the document below).

The game is conducted in a room specially designed for this purpose, and the following terms and conditions must be fulfilled.

Every participant in the event shall stick to the following rules in conducting the game, for the interest of the common safety throughout the whole game.

The organiser of the game does not take any responsibility for incidents of any kind, which can occur during the time of the event, in case of not obeying the terms and conditions, described in this particular document or in case of bringing in items which can cause damage to the other participants or the equipment of the game.

For participants under the age of 18, a declaration from a parent or guardian is required. Participants between the age of 13 and 17, are allowed to participate in the game, but only under the condition that they are accompanied by another participant who is above the age of 18. For participants under the age of 12, to participate in the game is required another adult to pay on his name the required sum and to enter the game with him/her.

In the course of the game, pregnant women are not allowed to participate, participants with cardiovascular problems, and also participants who are suffering from hypertonia or/and claustrofobia are not allowed to join the course of the event. The organiser of the game does not take any responsibility for incidents with participants which have withheld their medical condition in order to take part in the game.

The game lasts maximum one astronomical hour (60 minutes). At one session of the game can participate no more than 5 and no less than 2 people. The participants cannot require expansion of the time limit.

In case of medical immergency with a participant he/she should be accompanied by one or more of the other participants. In such case if an annulment of the game is not required the other participants may resume the game. In case of an incident or medical issues, a representative of the organiser of the game can make a decision for the annulment of the game.

If the group of participants has the necessity of canceling or postponing a reservation, they should require reschedule or inform the organiser at least 48 hours before the reserved time slot. A refund of 100% of the sum required to enter the game must be given to the owners of the room. In case of not showing up in the first 15 minutes of the scheduled slot, the game cannot be started and cannot be rescheduled for another session.

The participants of the game shall use the equipment in the game room with no intention of causing damage, and with caution. The organiser of the game, has all the rights to claim damages from a participants, who caused damage to the equipment in the room intentionally or due to not obeying the rules of the game. In case of a participant who is not sticking to the rules of the game or not following the instructions given by the employee’s of our team, the organiser of the game has the right to interrupt the game. In this case, the organiser does not owе any compensation to thе participants.

The organiser of the game guarantees, that all of the equipment in the premises of the game room are fully insured in case of natural disaster or incidents.

In the game area is strictly prohibited:

1. Any kind of activity which can lead to leakage of the gaming specifics, like: taking photos, sound and video recordings by using portable cameras, mobile phones, portable laptops. Any tools of this kind are strictly prohibited from use during the course of the game. The organiser of the game can prohibition of publishing the materials over the Internet, social networks or any kind of sharing methods to any participant who has taken any kind of photo, video, sound recording and etc. on the premises of the room.

2. The import of items, which can cause damage to the property of the gaming room, also possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotics or any kind of psychotropic substances on the premises of the game.

3. The participation of people who have used any kind of psychotropic substances of alcohol.

4. The participation of people with very low level of personal hygiene.

5. The participation of people who show signs of aggression, who have tendencies of causing damage or can initiate other participants to cause damage to the property of “ARTMANIA LTD.”

Any kind of information about the Game is a trade secret, which cannot be shared or used outside of the game room in any aspect. The information received during the course of the game shall remain confidential.

Copying, distribution, public display or creating other games that could be considered as derivatives of the game are prohibited. The organizer of the game retains all rights to take legal action against any person who has committed an infringement of intellectual property rights.

It is prohibited for any person, directly or indirectly, for his own benefit or the benefit of another person, company or corporation, or any other company, other than the organizer of the game, to develop activities that directly or indirectly involves the conduct of the game, and that compete with the activities of the organizers of the game, within two years of acquaintance with these general terms and conditions. In violation of the prohibition of competition by the participant for that period, the Organizer is entitled to claim compensation under the general procedure.

Participating in the game without signing a written declaration of the terms and conditions of the game is prohibited.

The organizer of the game holds his rights to change the terms and conditions of the game at any time.
